Whereas, the case of below named accused has been stopped proceedings under section 249-Cr.P.C by way of order dated:27.08.2024, passed by this court subject to furnishing P.R bond in the sum of Rs: 50,000/- with satisfaction of this Court.
The required P.R bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- has not been furnished by above named accused.
You are hereby directed to release the above named accused from your custody forthiwth if he is no more required in any other custody case/crime. The Superintendent Central Prison Khairpur is further directed to take the P.R bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- from the above named accused and send to this court at an earliest. Accused should be bound down to appear before this court when the case will be restored.
