Whereas, accused namely Fida Hussain son of Manzoor Hussain @ Allahyar by caste Kori, whom you hold in to your custody for offence punishable referred above. This Court has been granted the bail to the above named accused in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- (thirty thousand) only and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfication of this court. One deponent namely Ghulam Yaseen son of Manzoor Hussain @ Manzoor Ahmed by caste Kori, has filed his affidavit for standing surety of above named accused in the sum of Rs. 30,000/-, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are, hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith if he is no more required in some other case/crime after causing his P.R bond and send the same to this court for office record with directions to appear before trial court
