Whereas, the above named accused is sent to your custody under the remand warran of the Civil Judge & JM, Thul to face the pending trial u/s 23 (i) 25, SAA,2013 before this Court the presented an application for releasing him on bail through Mr.Rahim Bux Solangi Advocate for the applicant, and where upon hearing Mr.Zulfiqar Ali Shah I/C DPP for the State appearing on behalf of the state, this Court has Ordered on behalf of the state, that the above named accused be released on bail with direction to execute PR bond in the sum of Rs.40,000/- (forty thousand) and furnish solvent surety and PR bond for his appearance before this Court accordingly. The required surety has been furnished by the applicant/accused before this Court.
