Subject: RELEASE ORDER
WHEREAS, the applicant / accused Chaudhry Ghalib S/O Chaudhry Muhammad Munir, through their advocates moved bail applications before Honorable High Court of Sindh in Crl Bail Application No. 1347/2024, praying for release.
AND WHEREAS, upon hearing the case, this court has been pleased to grant bail to the applicant in sum of Rs. 100,000/- (Rupee One Hundred Thousand Only) with surety and P.R. Bonds in the like amount, and whereas the surety on behalf of the applicant has been furnished in this Court as required.
Now, you the Superintendent Jail is here by required to release the said applicants/ accused namely Chaudhry Ghalib S/O Chaudhry Muhammad Munir forthwith (if he is not required in any other case).
The Superintendent, is also required to certify the execution of writ by endorsement on it back and return the same duly endorsed within two days from receipt hereof.
