Whereas the above named accused persons have moved application U/s 426 Cr.P.C for grant of bail before this court in the above mentioned case and whereas after hearing of the counsel of the above named accused persons bail has been granted to the above named accused persons subject to his furnishing one solvent surety in the sum of Rs: 50,000/- each (Fifty Thousand) and P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.
And whereas the above named accused persons has furnished the required surety in the sum of Rs: 50,000/- each (Fifty Thousand) with P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.
You are, therefore, directed to release the above named accused persons forthwith if they are not required in the any case crime by the any other court after causing his P.R. bond in the sum of Rs: 50,000/- each (Fifty Thousand) for his appearance before this court on 17-12-2024 at 08.30 a.m and the same be submitted to this court within two days for record, without fail.
