Subject:         RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED SADAM HUSSAIN AND ABDULLAH GADANI.

                       WHEREAS, (1) (1)Sadam Hussain S/O Ghulam and (2) Abdullah S/O Banhon Both By caste Gadani, whom you hold into your jail custody under the remand warrant of this court in the above mentioned case/crime and this court has  admitted them on bail on furnishing their surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- each and P.R bond in the like amount. The required surety has been furnished by the accused. One deponent Rustam Ali  S/O Kouro Khan By caste Gadani  resident of village Khuda Bux Gadani Taluka Ghotki  stood as surety for the above named accused in the sum of Rs:100,000/-each  and P.R in the like amount, which have been accepted by this court.

                        You are, hereby required and authorized to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith, if they are no more required in some other case/crime, after taking their P.R bond in the of  Rs:100,000/- each with directions to accused to appear trial court on each and date of hearing -and send the P.R to this court within (03) days withoutfail.
