Whereas, the above cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused NASIR KHAN S/O MUHAMMAD BUX RIND BALOCH and upon hearing Mr.Farooq Ali Halepoto, Advocate for accused and Mr. Munir Ahmed Siyal A.D (legal FIA) for the state, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs 100,000/- (Hundred Thousands) each and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one Dangal S/O Manthar has stood surety for both accused named below.
You are therefore, directed and required to release accused NASIR KHAN S/O MUHAMMAD BUX RIND BALOCH from your custody forthwith if they are not required in any other case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs 100,000/- (Hundred Thousands) each for their appearance before the trial Court at 8.30 am and until final disposal of the case.
