WHEREAS: the advocate for the above named appellants/Convictee has filed application u/s 426 Cr.P.C for releasing the appellants/convictee on bail in the above Criminal Appeal convicted in criminal Case No. 20/2024 St/Vs Kheto & another, involved in the above case/crime and this court after hearing the advocate for appellants/Convictee and A.D.P.P for the state, has granted bail in the sum of Rs. 30,000/= (Rupees Thirty thousand) each with P.R bond in the like amount.
