Whereas, the above named accused are sent to your custody under the remand warran of the Ist: Civil Judge & JM, Jacobabad to face the pending trial u/s 395,34,35-PPC before this Court the presented an application for releasing them on bail through Mr.Ahmed Nawaz Pechuho Advocate for the applicants/accused, and where upon hearing Mr.Zulfiqar Ali Shah I/C DPP for the State appearing on behalf of the state, this Court has Ordered on behalf of the state, that the above named applicants/accused be released on bail with direction to execute PR bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each (Fifty thousand) and furnish solvent surety and PR bond for his appearance before this Court accordingly. The required surety have been furnished by the applicants/accused before this Court.
