SUBJECT:-     RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED LAL BUX S/O MEVO MALOKHANI, IN BAIL APPLICATION NO.1437/2024,  CRIME NO.32/2024, U/S 324, 506/2, 147, 148, 149, 504, 34 PPC OF PS JAM NAWAZ ALI.

                        WHEREAS, the advocate for above named accused has filed bail application u/s: 497-Cr.P.C before this Court, after hearing bail Application has been granted to accused above named, in the above mentioned case/crime, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs: 50,000/- ( Fifty Thousands) with P.R bond in the like amount. The required surety has been furnished which has been accepted by this Court.

                   You are therefore, hereby directed to release the above named accused in the above mentioned case/crime, forthwith if he is not required in any other case by any other Court. The P.R bond, of the accused is sent herewith, and returns the same after obtaining the signature/LTI on it. The accused be directed to appear before trial Court.
