Whereas, the above named accused is sent to your custody under the remand warran of the IInd Civil Judge & JM, Jacobabad to face the pending trial u/s 324,353,336,34-PPC before this Court the presented an application for releasing him on bail through Mr.Izhar Ali Malghani Advocate for the applicant, and where upon hearing Mr.Zulfiqar Ali Shah I/C DPP for the State appearing on behalf of the state, this Court has Ordered on behalf of the state, that the above named applicant/accused be released on bail with direction to execute PR bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousand) and furnish solvent surety and PR bond for his appearance before this Court accordingly.
