                     Whereas the below named Applicant / accused has moved Criminal Bail Appln: U/s 497 Cr. P.C before Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court at Mirpurkhas in the below mentioned case crime and whereas after hearing of the counsel of the below named Applicant/ accused Bail has been granted vide order dated 13-12-2024 in Crl. Bail Application No.S-263 OF 2024 ( Rajab Ali Versus The State) to the above named Applicant/ accused subject to his furnishing one solvent surety in the sum of Rs:200,000/-   ( two lacs Rupees ) and P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial court.

                        And whereas the below named applicant/ accused has furnished the required surety in the sum of Rs:200,000/- (Fifty Thousand rupees only) with P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this trial court.

                        You are, therefore, directed to release the below named Applicant/ accused person forthwith if he is not required in any other case/crime after causing his P.R. bond in the sum of Rs:- 200,000/- for his appearance before this court on the date of hearing viz. 20-12-2024, at 8.30.a.m, and the same be submitted to this court within two days for record, without fail.
