Whereas, the above named accused is sent to your custody under the remand warran of the Civil Judge & JM, Garhi Khairo to face the pending trial u/s 23 (i),a,25,SAA 2013 before this Court the presented an application for releasing him on bail through Mr.Rahim Bux Solangi Advocate for the applicant, and where upon hearing Mr.Zulfiqar Ali Shah I/C DPP for the State appearing on behalf of the state, this Court has Ordered on behalf of the state, that the above named applicant/accused be released on bail with direction to execute PR bond in the sum of Rs.40,000/- (Forty thousand rupees) and furnish solvent surety and PR bond for his appearance before this Court accordingly.
