Whereas, below named convicted/accused was sent to you along with conviction warrant & slip of this Court vide office latter NO:190/2024 dated 08.05.2024, the said accused have perferred Criminal Appeal No:S-31/2024. before the Honurable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Larkana against judgement dated 08.05.2024 passed by this Court.
