Whereas today i.e., 21st day of October, 2025, I, ABDUL WAHEED A. KHOSO, 1st Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge (CNS), Shaheed Benazir Abad have convicted accused Ghulam Nabi @ Guli S/O Muhammad Ayoub Bughio, who has been facing trial in Special Narcotic Case No. 350 of 2024, Re (The State V/s. Ghulam Nabi @ Guli Bughio) outcome of Crime No: 44 of 2024, Police Station Daulatpur U/s 9 (1) 3 (e) of Control of Narcotic Substances Amendment Act, 2022. The above named accused has been convicted U/s 265-H (2) Cr.P.C. for possessing 90 KG and 792 grams of charas and sentenced for the offence punishable U/s 9(1) 3(e) Control of Narcotic Substances Amendment Act, 2022, to suffer R.I. for life and to pay a fine of Rs.5,00,000/- (Five Hundred Thousand Rupees). In case of failure he shall suffer S.I. for one year. The accused during the trial remained in jail w.e.f. 17.04.2024 when he was arrested, hence, the benefit under section 382-B Cr.P.C. is extended to him.
2. Today accused is produced in custody. He is remanded back into custody to serve out the above sentence of imprisonment.
3. You are required to return the warrant u/s 400 C.r.P.C to this Court, with an endorsement under your hand certifying the manner in which the sentence has been executed.
