Whereas, the above named accused has been remanded to your Jail by the court of Ist. Civil Judge and J.M Kotdiji, thereafter case has been received to this court by way of transfer through Honourable District and Sessions Court Khairpur the applicant/accused under aforesaid section and whereas on the receipt of the application for bail and upon hearing Mr. Hamid Ali Memon Advocate for applicant /accused and ADPP for the state, this court has ordered that the above named applicant/accused be released on bail on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs 10,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount and whereas the said applicant/accused named above have furnished the required surety to the satisfaction of this Court.
You are hereby required to release forthwith the above named applicant/accused in this crime from your Jail and after getting his P.R bond in the sum of. Rs.10,000/- to be executed for their appearance this court on 28.10.2025 at 8:30 a.m and thereafter directed by this court from time to time and certify execution of this writ within three days after its receipt and send the P.R bond to this court..
