                     Whereas, applicant/accused named below filed bail application u/s 497 Cr.P.C for grant of post arrest bail before Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court of Mirpurkhas  in Crl Bail a[pplication No: 266/2025  01). After hearing the advocate for the applicant/accused,  granted bail to the accused, subject to furnish solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- each with PR bond in the like amount satisfaction of learned trial Court. Today below named applicant/accused has furnished required surety to the satisfaction of this court in the sum of 100,000/- each with PR bond of the like amount. You are hereby required and authorized to release the below named accused forthwith if he is no more required in any other case with directions to the accused to appear before this court on the date of next hearing on 04-11-2025 without fail. The P.R bond of the accused is sent herewith for obtaining the signature/LTI of the accused and return the same to this court accordingly.
