The release writ for individual accused along with parentage confined in prison should be carefully verified with the Case number, FIR number, Police Station, offence and date of issue. Whereas the above named applicants/accused was/were remanded to your jail under warrant of this Court convicting/committing the applicants/ accused under aforesaid sections and whereas on the application for bail and upon hearing Mr. Naeem Ahmed Mahar Advocate for applicants/accused and ADPP for the State, this Court has passed order that above named applicants/accused be released on bail furnishing one surety in the sum of Rs: 20,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount to satisfaction of this Court.
You are therefore hereby required to release the above named applicants/accused forthwith ( unless they/ he is/are no more required by you in any other case/ crime for your custody and after causing his/their P.R bond in the sum of Rs:20,000/- and be executed for his/their appearance to trial court on 08-11-2025 8:30 a.m and thereafter directed by this Court from time to time certify execution if this writ within three days after its receipt and send the P.R bond to this Court.
