Subject: CONVICTION WARRANT
WHEREAS, on this 11th November, 2025 the accused Asif Ali son of Muhammad Bux Solangi in Crime No.07/2024, Offence U/S 9(d) control of Narcotic substances(Amendment) Act,2022 PS T.M.Khan is convicted u/s 265-H(2) Cr.P.C before me (Abdul Shakoor Kalhoro) for the offence punishable under section 9(d) control of Narcotic substances(Amendment) Act,2022 and sentenced him to suffer Imprisonment for fourteen years (14) years and to pay fine of Rs.2,00,000/=(two hundered thousand rupees). In default of payment of fine, accused shall suffer S.I for Six months more.
This is to authorize and require to you the District Jail, Khairpur to receive the accused and writ of conviction in your safe custody for compliance of said judgment and carry the aforesaid sentence into execution according to law
