Whereas the below named Applicant / accused has moved Criminal Petition before Honourable Supreme court of Pakistan, Branch Registry Karachi in the below mentioned case crime and whereas after hearing of the counsel of the below named Applicant/ accused Abdul Rehman has been granted vide order dated 10-11-2025 in Crl. Petition No.1538 OF 2025 ( Abdul Rehman Versus The State through PG Sindh) to the above named Applicant/ accused subject to his furnishing one solvent surety in the sum of Rs:100,000/-( One Lac Rupees only) and P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial court.
