Subject: RELEASE WRIT/ACQUITTAL INTIMATION.
The accused named below has been convicted under section 265 H (ii) Cr.P.C for offence which he committed and sentenced to imprisonment for the period of three (03) months and fine of Rs.50,000/- or in case of default of payment of fine, he will further undergo simple imprisonment for one (01) month from the case in the below mentioned case/crime vide judgment/order dated. 25.11.2025. The accused person is also entitled for the benefit of Section 382-B Cr.P.C. However, Superintendent of District Jail Malir is directed not to release the accused person because of the reason that he is Afghan National and he shall be deported to Afghanistan, if he is not required in any other custody case, and Superintendent of District Jail Malir is further directed to take necessary measures for deporting the above named accused person from Pakistan to Afghanistan through concerned department / authority, under intimation to this Court.
