Whereas today i.e. 6th day of December, 2025, I, ABDUL WAHEED A. KHOSO, 1st Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge (CNS), Shaheed Benazir Abad have convicted accused Kala Khan S/o Ayub Khan Sulleman Khail Pathan, who has been facing trial in Special Narcotic Case No. 745 of 2021, Re (The State V/s. Kala Khan) outcome of Crime No: 75 of 2021, Police Station Daulatpur, U/s 9 (C) Control of Narcotic Substances Act, 1997. The above named accused has been convicted U/s 265-H (2) Cr.P.C. and sentenced to suffer R.I. for life and to pay a fine of Rs.5,00,000/- (Five Hundred Thousand Rupees). In case of failure to pay the fine, he shall suffer further S.I. for six months. The accused during the trial remained in jail w.e.f. 08.09.2021 till his release on bail on 30.04.2022 granted by Hon’ble High Court of Sindh vide order dated 28.04.2022, hence, the benefit under section 382-B Cr.P.C. is extended to him.
2. Today accused is present on bail. He is taken into custody and remanded to jail to serve out the above sentence of imprisonment.
3. You are required to return the warrant U/s 400 Cr.P.C to this Court, with an endorsement under your hand certifying the manner in which the sentence has been executed.
