Whereas bail has been granted by the Court of Honourable Additional Sessions Judge-I/MCTC, Sanghar in criminal bail application No.971/2025 vide order dated 12.08.2025 of accused Sijawal Ali and criminal bail application No.982/2025 vide order dated 12.08.2025 of accused persons namely Sadoro Khan and Ameer Bux and subject to furnishing solvent surety in sum of Rs. 50,000/- each with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court. The required surety has been furnished in behalf of the above named accused persons, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are, hereby, directed to release the above named accused persons (If they are not required in any other custody case by any court). The P.R bond of the accused are attached here with for obtaining signatures/LTI, with the direction that same may be returned to this court for record.
