Whereas, the Honourable, High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Larkana, has granted bail to the below named applicant/accused, vide B.A order dated: 07.08.2025, passed in Criminal Bail application No.S-374/2025 Re-Anwar Ali @ Munwar Ali Vs The State, for the offence under section 458, 114, 337Fi, 506/2, 337Hii, 148, 149 PPC, arising out of Crime No.54/2025 of Police Station Warah, in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of below named applicant/accused has been furnished, which has been provisionally accepted by this Court.
