Subject:-    RELEASE WRIT
                  Whereas, on receipt of bail application u/s 497 Cr.P.C, this Court after hearing the learned counsel for the parties has ordered to release the applicant/accused namely Yameen S/o Mour Khan @ Mour by caste Bhurt on bail subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court in the above case/crime.
                  And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused by one Ameer Bux S/o Ghulam Muhammad Mangi R/o Buthh Muhalla, Dadu.
                 You are, therefore, directed to release the applicant/accused Yameen S/o Mour Khan @ Mour by caste Bhurt from your jail custody at once, in the above mentioned case/crime, if he is no more required to be detained in any other custody case or crime, after causing P.R bond from him in the sum of Rs.50,000/- and submit such P.R bond before this Court. The applicant/accused be directed to the trial Court.
