Whereas this court has granted bail of accused namely Raheem s/o Muhammad Sharif Lund & Ghulam Rasool s/o Rahim Khan Lund subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs:30,000/- (rupees thirty thousand) each and P.R bond in the like amount in the above mentioned Case and crime.
And whereas Sikander Ali s/o Muhammad Rajib Panhwar appeared and stood surety on behalf of above named accused in the sum of Rs:10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount.
You are, therefore, required to release accused namely Raheem s/o Muhammad Sharif Lund & Ghulam Rasool s/o Rahim Khan Lund, from your jail, at once, if they are no more required in any other custody case, after causing P.R bond from them and send the same to this court for office record. The accused are directed to attend before this court on 22.08.2025 to face his trial in the above mentioned case and crime.
