SUBJECT:     RELEASE OF ACCUSED Attaullah S/o Mir Muhammad Pahore, IN CR.BAIL APPLN.NO.2428/2025 (Attaullah VS THE STATE) IN CRIME NO.155/2025 OF P/STATION Hali Road, HYD, U/SECTIONS 401,324,353, 147, 148, 149-PPC.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused Attaullah S/o Mir Muhammad Pahore and upon hearing Mr.Asif Ali Khaskheli, Advocate for an applicant/accused and Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (thirty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one                  Niaz Muhammad S/o Mir Muhammad has stood surety for the accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused           Attaullah S/o Mir Muhammad Pahore from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond(s) executed in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount for his appearance before concerned/trial Court on the dates of hearing at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of case.
