Whereas, this Court received a certified copy of bail order bears Crl. B.A No: 847/2025 dated 18.08.2025 passed by the Honorable Additional Sessions Judge-II, Jacobabad through honor's good Office letter No. 1147 of 2025 dated: 18-08-2025, wherein, below named each applicant/accused has been admitted on bail subject to furnishing of solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 300,000/- (Three hundred thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court. Whereas, the said applicants/accused have furnished the required surety before this Court.
