Whereas, on receipt of bail application filed by the advocate on behalf applicants/accused namely 1.Passand S/o Hashim and 2.Shoukat S/o Attur Khan both by caste Qambrani, in this Court after hearing the learned APG and advocate for applicants/accused has granted bail to the above named accused in the sum of Rs.300,000/- (Rupees Three Lac) for both, with PR bonds in the like amount.
And whereas required surety on behalf of above named applicants/accused has been furnished in the sum of Rs. 300,000/- (Rupees Three for both) with P.R bonds in the like amount, which has been accepted.
You are, therefore, required to release accused namely 1.Passand S/o Hashim and 2.Shoukat S/o Attur Khan both by caste Qambrani, from jail custody at once, if they are no more required in any other custody case, after getting P.R bonds in the sum of Rs.300,000/- (Rupees Three Lac for both) from them and send the same to this Court for office record. The applicants/accused be directed to attend this court on the date of hearing viz; 26.08.2025 at 08:30 A.M.
