Subject: CONVICTION WARRANT
WHEREAS, on this 18th:,August 2025 the accused Imtiaz Ali son of Imam Dino by caste Bhatti in Crime No.42/2024, Offence U/S 9(1)(c)control of Narcotic substances(Amendment) Act,2022 PS Gambat is convicted u/s 265-H(2) Cr.P.C before me (Ali Bux Thebo) for the offence punishable under section 9(1)(c)control of Narcotic substances(Amendment) Act,2022 and sentenced him to suffer Imprisonment for Seven (07) years and to pay fine of Rs.1,00,000/=(one hundered thousand rupees). In default of payment of fine, accused shall suffer S.I for Six months more. Accused is extended benefit of section 382-B Cr.PC and period of detention shall be deducted from his sentence.
This is to authorize and require to you the District Jail, Khairpur to receive the writ of conviction in your safe custody for compliance of said judgment and carry the aforesaid sentence into execution according to law
