Whereas, this 19th day of August, 2025, the accused Saeed Ahmed son of Muhammad Bachal Shaikh, Ghulam Murtaza S/o Ghulam Hussain Junejo and Barkat S/o Muhammad Mithal Shaikh, are convicted under section 243 Cr.P.C for offence punishable under section 4 of P.E.H.O and awarded S.I for the period two months each along with benefit of section 382-B Cr.P.C, is also extended to the accused persons.
