Whereas, after receiving the bail application in the subject mentioned case/crime on behalf of the applicant/accused namely Parvaiz S/O Pathan by Caste Shaikh upon hearing of his Counsel and ADPP on the behalf of the State this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the above named applicant/accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.10,000/-, alongwith P.R bond of like amount. The applcaint/acucsed has furnished required surety.
