Whereas this Court has granted the bail of applicant/accused Saindad son of Janan by caste Mazari subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs 50,000/- fifty thousand for satisfaction of this Court.
One deponent namely Inayat son of Ghulam Qadir by caste Mazari R/O Gul Muhammad Tehsil Sadiqabad District Rahimyar Khan has filed affidavit along with Defence Saving Certificate of Rs.50000/- fifty thousand for standing the surety of accused Saindad son of Janan by caste Mazari and same has been accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the accused Saindad son of Janan by caste Mazari in the above mentioned case/crime, if he is no more required in some other case/crime.
