WHEREAS, this Court convicted and sentenced accused 1. Imam Bux s/o Ali Khan Kosh Jatoi, and he is convicted U/S 265-H(ii) Cr.P.C for the offence under section 9 (c) of Control of Narcotic Substances, Act, 1997 and sentence him to suffer Rigorous imprisonment for life and to pay fine of Rs. 8,00,000/- (Eighty hundred thousand rupees) or in default shall suffer six months S.I more by extending him a benefit of section 382-B Cr.P.C and that the period under gone by him as under trial prisoner shall be adjustable towards the substantive sentence now imposed upon him. The accused 1. Imam Bux s/o Ali Khan Kosh Jatoi, preferred appeal before Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Larkana. The Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Larkana has been pleased to order that “ The impugned judgment dated. 01.06.2023 and sentence passed by the Ist Additional Sessions Judge / Special Judge for Control of Narcotis substance Act, (MCTC) Shikarpur, is hereby set-aside. The appellant namely, Imam Bux Kosh Jatoi son of Ali Khan, is acquitted of the charge. He may be released forthwith, if not required in any other case.” Judgment dated. 20.08.2025, passed in criminal appeal D-No.48 of 2023.
YOU ARE, therefore, directed/authorized to release the above named accused from your custody forthwith, if he is no more required in any other custody case/crime.
