B.A No: 845/2025 dated 20.08.2025 passed by the Honorable Additional Sessions Judge-II, Jacobabad through honor's good Office letter No. 1179 of 2025 dated: 22.08.2025, wherein, below named applicant/accused has been granted bail subject to furnishing of solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (One Hundred Thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court.
