Whereas bail has been granted by the Court of Honourable Additional Sessions Judge-I/MCTC, Sanghar in criminal bail application No.1064/2025 vide order dated 25.08.2025 subject to furnishing solvent surety in sum of Rs. 50,000/- with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court. The required surety has been furnished in behalf of the above named accused, which has been accepted by this Court.
