Whereas the below named accused persons have moved an application under section 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail before this court in the below mentioned case and whereas after hearing of the counsel of the below named accused, bail have been granted to the below named accused subject to their furnishing one solvent surety in the sum of Rs: 20,000/- only each, with P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.
And whereas the below named accused have furnished the required surety in the sum of Rs: 20,000/- only for each, Total of Rs.40000/-(Fourty thousand only) with P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court which has been accepted.
You are, therefore, directed to release the below named accused have forthwith if they are not required in any other case/crime after causing their P.R. bond in the sum of Rs:20,000/ each only, without fail.
