WHEREAS: the advocate for the above named applicant/accused has filed application U/S 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail after arrest in the above case, crime No.33/2025 U/S 8 SPPMSS 4 Gutka and Mainpuri Act 2019 of PS Chachro and this court after hearing the Advocate for applicant/accused and ADPP for the state, has granted bail in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousands) with P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the above named applicant/accused has furnished the required surety in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.
