Subject: CONVICTION WARRANT.
Whereas, vide judgment of this Court dated: 28.08.2025, the accused named below has been convicted for the offence punishable under Section 381 PPC and has been sentenced to undergo simple Imprisonment for a term of three (03) years and to pay a fine of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only).
And whereas, in default of payment of the said fine, the accused shall further undergo simple Imprisonment for three (03) months.
You, are, therefore, hereby authorized and required to receive the said accused into your custody, together with this warrant, and carry the aforesaid sentence into execution according to law.
