WHEREAS: the advocate for the above named applicant/accused has filed application U/S 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail after arrest in the above case, crime No.64/2025 U/S 9(2)(1) CNS Act 2024 of PS Mithi and this court after hearing the Advocate for applicant/accused and ADPP for the state, has granted bail in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousands) with P.R bond in the like amount.
