Whereas, the applicant/accused below named confined in the above said jail in above said crime and his counsel filed bail application U/s 497 Cr.P.C before this Court. After hearing the learned advocate for the applicant/ accused and learned ADPP on behalf of state, this Court has granted bail to the applicant/accused below named in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- and P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court and required surety has been furnished on behalf of below named applicant/accused and same is accepted.
You are, hereby required to release the below named applicant/accused forthwith; if not required in any custody case pending against him in any other court, after obtaining the P.R Bond in the above said amount to appear before the trial court on each and every date of hearing and continue to appear till the final decision of the case and return this writ duly executed to this court within (3) days herefrom.
