Whereas, the above cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused Muhammad Siddique son of Muhammad Bux by caste Channa and upon hearing Mr.Abdullah Khan Brohi, Advocate for applicant/accused and Mr. Ameet Kumar S. Rajpal, APG for the State, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) with P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one Zubair Hussain son of Wazeer Ali Channo has stood surety for accused.
You are therefore, directed and required to release accused Muhammad Siddique son of Muhammad Bux by caste Channa from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs 20,000/- (twenty thousand) for his appearance before the trial Court at 8:30 am and until final disposal of the case.
