Whereas, accused Mumtaz s/o Allah Bux, by caste Ghoto, (In remand name of accused is written as Mumtaz Ali alias Mumtaz s/o Allah Bux Ghoto), whom you hold into your jail custody in the above mentioned case/crime, has been granted bail by this court, in the sum of Rs:100,000/- (One lac rupees only) in above subject case/crime. One deponent namely Khuda Bux s/o Bagh Ali, by caste Chachar r/o village Hasan Chachar, Taluka and District Ghotki, appeared and filed his affidavit for standing surety of above named applicant/accused, in the sum of Rs.100,000/-, which has been accepted by this court.
