Whereas, case of accused Rano son of Luqman by caste Panhwar has been kept in abeyance vide order dated: 28-01-2025 and accused is ordered to be released subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/-and P.R bond in the like amount, in Sessions Case No.467/2024 State Vs Rano Panhwar for offence under sections: 395-PPC in Crime No. 151/2024 of Police Station Kamber City.
And whereas the required surety has been furnished on the behalf of accused which is accepted by this court.
You are, therefore, hereby directed to release the above named accused forthwith if he is no more required in any other custody case/Crime. The above named accused shall be bound down to appear before this Court as and when the case is reopened. Note P.R bond taken from accused be sent to this court forthwith.
