Whereas, the above cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused Altaf son of Hadi Bux by caste Mahar and upon hearing Mr.Arjan Lal Ladhani, Advocate for applicant/accused and Mr. Ameet Kumar S. Rajpal, APG for the State, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- (thirty thousand) with P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one Muhammad Aslam son of Chand Khan Mahar has stood surety for accused.
You are therefore, directed and required to release accused Altaf son of Hadi Bux by caste Mahar from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs 30,000/- (thirty thousand) for his appearance before the trial Court at 8:30 am and until final disposal of the case.
