Whereas, the above cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused Mst.Sahib Dini wife of Banho by caste Bullo and upon hearing Mr.Badardin Memon, Advocate for applicant/accused and Mr. Ameet Kumar S. Rajpal, APG for the State, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- (thirty thousand) with P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one Abdul Fatah son of Meer by caste Bullo has stood surety for accused.
You are therefore, directed and required to release accused Mst.Sahib Dini wife of Banho by caste Bullo from your custody forthwith if she is not required in any other case, after causing her P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs 30,000/- (thirty thousand) for her appearance before the trial Court at 8:30 am and until final disposal of the case.
