Whereas, the above cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused Nasrullah son of Wahid Bux by caste Bullo and upon hearing Mr. Kashif Hussain Shaikh, Advocate for applicant/accused and Mr. Ameet Kumar S. Rajpal, APG for the State, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (fifty thousand) with P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one Allah Dewayo son of Abdul Rasheed Baloch has stood surety for accused.
You are therefore, directed and required to release accused Nasrullah son of Wahid Bux by caste Bullo from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs 50,000/- (fifty thousand) for his appearance before the trial Court at 8:30 am and until final disposal of the case.
