Whereas, the above cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused Shahid son of Shahnawaz by caste Shaikh and upon hearing Mr.Farhan Ali Dayo, Advocate for applicant/accused and Mr.Ameet Kumar S. Rajpal, APG for the State, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 3,000/- (thirty thousand) with P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one Shahnawaz son of Allah Dino Shaikh has stood surety for accused.
You are therefore, directed and required to release accused Shahid son of Shahnawaz by caste Shaikh from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- (thirty thousand) for his appearance before the trial Court at 8:30 am and until final disposal of the case.
