WHEREAS, the case of above named applicant/accused was kept in abeyance/sin die till appearance of the PWS vide an order dated 10.07.2025 and accused named above was directed to furnsih surety amount of Rs.300,000/- three lac with PR bond for his release and it was further ordered that accused shall appear before this Court, whenever summon is served. The above named accused has furnished required surety before this Court.
You are therefore hereby required to release the applicant/accused above named forthwith (unless they/he are/is no more required by you in any other case/crime) from your custody and after obtaining undertaking on the stampaper that he shall appear before this Court whenever sumon is served and then send the same before this Court.
