Whereas, this court has granted bail to applicant/accused Dilbar son of Munir Ahmed by caste mashori in Crl Bail Application No. 1130/2025 RE Dilbar Mashori Versus the state for offence under sections:- 324,403,353,148,149-PPC in Crime No. 273/2025 of PS Kamber City, in the sum of Rs: 50,000/- in words (fifty thousand) in the like amount with P.R bond.
And whereas, required surety has been furnished on behalf of applicant/accused, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release above named accused forthwith, if he is no more required in any other custody case and he be bound down to appear before the trial court on the date of hearing.
